Awkward phrasing and obvious typos used to be a reliable way to spot a phishing email at a glance. AI writing tools have mostly erased that tell — a scam email can now read as cleanly as a real one from your bank or employer. Judge messages by what they're asking you to do (urgent payment, login on an unfamiliar link, unusual attachment) and where they actually came from (check the real sending address, not just the display name), not by whether the writing sounds professional.
