Review which third-party apps still have access to your main accounts

Every time you use "Sign in with Google" or "Connect your account" on some app or service, you're granting it ongoing access that usually outlives your interest in that app — including ones you tried once and forgot about, or ones that shut down without you noticing. Open your Google, Microsoft, or other main account's "connected apps" or "third-party access" page every so often, and revoke anything you don't actually recognize or still use — it closes a door that a breach anywhere in that forgotten app's own systems could otherwise walk straight through.
