Most major services have a built-in option to request an export of everything they've collected on you — search history, location logs, old messages, inferred interests — but almost nobody ever actually opens it. Requesting your own data once in a while turns "what do they know about me" from a vague worry into something you can actually see, and it's often the fastest way to spot an old account or setting you forgot was still tracking you.
