Global Warming
Shift outdoor work and exercise to the coolest hours, as a habit
#Nature ☀️ Summer
A schedule built around midday sun a decade ago is riskier every summer as average temperatures climb — heatstroke doesn't wait for an official heat warning. Make early morning or evening the default time for anything strenuous outdoors — exercise, yard work, manual labor — rather than something you only adjust on the hottest declared days. If your job or routine genuinely can't move, build in more shade, water, and rest breaks than used to feel necessary.
